Double Room is a room with on Double Bed usually booked by Families.
Children Below 05 years staying on parents Bed is complimentary. If Extra mattressis requested charges will be applicable as per Extra per son charges policy.
Child below 05 years is complimentary with parents Bed. Child above 05 years will be applicable for Extra Bed charges.

After the hotel booking
Once Booking and payment done and you have received Confirmation Voucher. Sit relax. Check-in with your requested ID on Check-in Date.
Once Confirmation Voucher is received at your end. Booking is successful.
It is good practice to re-confirm once your booking is done. Please check with Front Office Team by calling or emailing.
Yess, As per Indian government rules Govt Id proof need to be submitted at hotel while check-in. Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter Id are considered as Valid ID. PAN card is not accepted for Check-in
Early Check-in & Late Check-Out are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Upto 02 hours Early Check-in and Late Checkout is applicable without any extra charges subejct to availability.
Early Check-in from 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM & late Checkout from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Half day charges applicable Subject to availability.
Early Check-in before 8:00 AM & Late checkout after 4:00 PM Full Day charges applicable.

FIT Bookings(Upto 05 Rooms) Cancellation Charges
a) Cancelled before 24 hours prior to check-in no retention charges.
b) cancelled within 0-24 hours prior to check-in- 01 day retention charges.
Group Bookings( More then 05 Rooms) Cancellation Charges
a) Cancelled before 72 hours prior to check-in no retention charges.
b) cancelled within 0-72hours prior to check-in retention of 50% of total booking amount.
If not cancelled as per cancellation policy mentioned above No refund is applicable.
Refund amount is transferred with 07 working days after cancealltion is acknowledged. Refund money is tranferred to Bank account via NEFT/UPI or any other mode applicable.
After acknowledgement Refund money is tarnsferred with 07 workig days.
Please reach to our Front Office team if refund is not credited in your account in 07 working days of cancellation accepted.
